We were extremely fortunate that although sandwiched between two wet days Saturday was fine and warm. After parking and meeting at Richard Cannon’s house 18 members strolled up to Kempton Park to watch a super fireworks display; there was a commented that it was the best he had ever seen.
After the fireworks members went to the Club to be warmed with soup, roll and sausages provided by Diana Carpenter with help from others.
