The Annual General Meeting of the club will be held promptly at 7:30pm on Saturday 6th December, 2014

The Committee look forward to seeing you at this meeting which is your chance to have your say in the running of the club and to elect your chosen committee for the coming year.

As well as the usual reports, the Agenda will include the election of the Officers of the Club and other members of the Management  Committee as listed overleaf.  

Please inform me of all nominations, with the names of proposers and seconders, as soon as possible but not later than 1st December.

If you think you might like to take a role, big or small, in the management of the club, please have a chat with me or any member of the committee. Your assistance would be very welcome.

Similarly, if you have any items you would like to be included in the Agenda, please forward them to me to be received no later than 1st December,

Any matters notified after 1st December will not be included in the Agenda.

The AGM normally lasts approximately 45 minutes following which we have our ANNUAL PRIZE GIVING presented by Richard Cannon, and then our END OF SEASON PARTY which will include our traditional mulled wine, mince pies and tasty titbits.
