Gordon Courtney has volunteered to provide Wednesday supper and has chosen to make a French style rustic cassoulet stew of beans with chicken and pork, and French bread, followed by a pear and apple crumble with ice cream. The cost will be £4 per person.
Supper will be served between 19:00 and 19.30.
