14 November AQSC Work Party
Weather wise we could not have picked a worse day for a work party. It was cold and poured with rain all day. As most of the jobs to be done were outside, well, let’s just say that not a lot got done. Inside however virtually all the jobs listed were completed. The fifteen or so people who turned up did an outstanding job in the circumstances and Diana and her team supplied tea and coffee and an excellent lunch. Thanks to everybody involved for turning up on a foul day when the weather dictated what would and would not get done.

The upshot is that a second work party has been called for Wednesday 18 November to try and complete external tasks. I just hope storm ‘Barney’ doesn’t interfere with this plan. Mike Baker (VC – Programmes)
