The Sailing Program Richard Cannon

The Fun race will continue to be the first race in the morning. The Fun race schedule will be flexible and there may be more than one race. Quite often the wind has improved as the day has progress and sometimes the best wind has been after we have finished racing; It is hoped that having longer races in the after noon will give better sailing later in the day.

On Saturday 3rd May, the Bank Holiday weekend, the Mid-Thames Trophy inter club event will be held at Hampton SC; everyone is encouraged to enter. On Sunday 4th May there will be fun and training races for newcomers.

The Aquarius Open Days are 17 and 18 May; members are asked to bring a friend along with them.

On the Late Spring Holiday, 24-26 May and the Late Summer Holiday there will be visits to Bewl Water.

The Signet Class Owners Association have asked for another Signet Open Meeting; it will be combined with the Regatta on Saturday 28 June. The results for Club members sailing with the Signets will also count towards the Regatta.
