Website

Website
The website is the best place to find the latest information on things like the new Flag Offices & committee members, rules & bylaws, news, and duties.
It is also excellent for looking up historic data with 6+ years of newsletters, race results, and news available.

Thanks
I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Nigel and the club members for the diving book that was presented to me at the AGM. It was most kind of you and much appreciated. I wish Nigel all the best in his new position as Commodore and I'm sure he will receive the same support from the Management Committee and membership that I enjoyed.

Ice-Box Sunday
When I said in the bar one evening that the Hawker SC used to race on New Year's Day I didn't really think that Nigel was listening. He obviously was and the result was a cool club sail on Sunday 22 January up to Sunbury lock and back.
In fairness this followed a very good lunch of soup, roast chicken and vegetables followed by crumble and cream provided, at the club, by Ann and Nigel Knowles. Not content with just a sail Nigel also turned it into a quiz by concocting a whole series of observation questions that had to be answered along the way.
He's a bit devious our new Commodore, going to have to keep an eye on him! I'll say no more, because I think you will find a very good report on the day elsewhere in this newsletter.
