The Club's prime sailing activity is racing but this does not preclude some members' preference for general recreational sailing.
From late March to mid November there is handicap racing and fun events held every Sunday. During the summer members also sail on Wednesday afternoons and into the evening. A patrol boat is always on the water during racing.
We own a number of sailing dinghies including Topper, Pico, Laser Radial, Laser 1, Graduate and Bosun. Members can use these while learning to sail, racing, cruising or just while they decide which type of dinghy they might like to buy.
All members, with a little training, are expected to undertake occasional race support duties including race management and how to helm and operate our patrol boats.
