Jobs List
The intent is to make the Club as tidy and presentable as possible for the RYA Push The Boat Out Open Days. Below are some of the jobs that need to be done - but feel free to tackle others you are aware of.
1 Clean Graduate, derig and put on trailer ready to take to Chestnut Sunday; done
2 Paint (Timbercote) outside back (north and west facing) walls of Club store room and Bosun store
3 Rub down and paint (white) outside end (East) window of foyer by steps
4 Bag up rubbish in car park
(EVERYONE PLEASE TAKE ONE OR TWO BAGS AWAY);
5 Fix new decking at downstream end of ¼ deck
TEAM OF 5 NEEDED – SEE NOTE BELOW; done
6 Check out Club Bosun and clean outside hull (cream cleaner); checked but not cleaned
7 Clean plastic furniture (cream cleaner); done
8 Clean windows inside and out and ceiling to covered part of ¼ deck; done
9 Move rubble in car park to bottom of bank by trailer park ; done
10 Put up posters around traffic lights (Lower/Upper Sunbury Rd jctn) and along Lower Sunbury Rd; done Sunday
11 Put up Open Day banners at gate, at traffic lights and along ¼ deck frontage; done Sunday
12 Lay concrete floor under ¼ deck
TEAM OF TWO NEEDED – SEE NOTE BELOW
13 Rake up cones - dispose of to side of trailer park
14 Clean and tidy gents changing room (put kit in “lost property” basket); done
15 Clean and tidy ladies changing room; done
16 Trim top of hawthorn bushes to fence height from Clubhouse to Car Park; done
17 Check out Car Park security lights ( wiring to lower flood on utility pole and new unit on pole by gate)
18 Rub down and varnish handrail to ¼ deck steps
19 Remove litter along drive from green gate to car park; done
20 Repair seat; done
21 Aquarius engine service; done
22 Tern engine service; done but awaiting new oil filter
